Focus: Full Body Strength, Core, Cardio, Balance, Flexibility, Nutrition, Goal Setting, Building Self-Esteem & Discipline.

 

*(30-40 Min classes)

*Limited to 5 participants per class (Age 11-17)

*No weights or equipment necessary
